Lucy joined Orega in 2014 as an Assistant Customer Service Manager in Manchester. Her dedication and commitment quickly shone through, earning her a series of well-deserved promotions. By 2015, she had progressed to Customer Service Manager, and in 2022 she stepped into the role of Regional Support Manager. Less than a year later, Lucy’s talent and leadership were recognised once again when she was promoted to Area Manager. Continuing her impressive career progression, Lucy has since been appointed Customer Service Director, a testament to her exceptional leadership, commitment, and the significant impact she has made across the business.

Lisa joined Orega in 2023 as a Sales and Customer Service Manager, and in 2025 her hard work and commitment were recognised with a promotion to Regional Sales Manager for the North East. Her journey reflects both her dedication and her ability to build strong relationships. Lisa enjoys the social aspect of her role whether it’s building lasting friendships with colleagues, connecting with clients, or chatting with people passing through Orega’s offices allowing her to be interactive and sociable, and with no two days ever the same.

Molly joined Orega in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative, quickly standing out for her exceptional customer service. Recognising her potential, she was promoted to Marketing Executive & PA in 2022, then to Marketing Executive in 2023. Today, as Senior Marketing Executive, Molly plays a central role in Orega’s Marketing efforts, leading events, new building launches, and digital initiatives. Molly’s career journey is a testament to Orega’s commitment to recognising talent and nurturing growth within Orega.

Reza joined Orega in 2019, beginning his Orega journey as Operations Manager, overseeing compliance, operations, and technology across the UK. Recognising his impact and dedication, Reza was promoted to Quality, Compliance and Safety Manager in 2023, and most recently advanced to Head of Facilities and Safety. Reza continues to uphold and elevate Orega’s high standards, ensuring excellence across all sites. His commitment reflects both personal achievements and the company’s focus on talent, growth, and recognition.

Roy joined Orega in 2020 as an Assistant Customer Service Manager, bringing a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. His dedication and impact were recognised with a promotion to Senior Assistant Customer Service Manager in 2023, and in 2025 he advanced to Customer Service Manager, overseeing a variety of London centres. Roy’s journey highlights the dynamic growth opportunities at Orega.

Joe joined Orega in 2020 as Customer Service Manager, bringing extensive experience in flexible offices, real estate, and client service. In 2022, he stepped in to lead our Gracechurch Street offices quickly becoming an essential part of the team. As Orega expanded and doubled the size of our Gracechurch Street offices, Joe’s dedication, adaptability, and leadership made him a key contributor to the continued success and growth of our operations.

Will joined Orega in 2023 as an Assistant Customer Service Manager, bringing energy, dedication, and a genuine passion for supporting people. His hard work and commitment were quickly recognised, and in 2025 he was promoted to Customer Service Manager. Will takes pride in making clients’ days easier, giving them the time and space to focus on what matters most. It’s this dedication to service and genuine care for people that makes him such a valuable part of Orega.

Lorraine joined Orega in 2017, showcasing a versatile professional who's Orega journey reflects our diverse career paths, joining as a Central Sales Executive, she supported customers looking for office space and collaborated with commercial real estate professionals. Recognising her commitment, in 2022, Lorraine started to support HR alongside her Sales role. Building on her success, she embraced a full-time HR role in 2023, earning accolades at our annual conference. Lorraine's story illustrates growth opportunities and career diversity at Orega.

Jane joined Orega in 2017 as an Assistant Customer Service Manager. Her dedication and commitment to excellence saw her promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2020, and most recently, in 2025, she stepped into the role of Sales and Customer Service Manager. For Jane, the highlight of working at Orega is the people. She’s proud to lead such a strong and supportive team. Neve joined Orega in 2022 and, thanks to her hard work and dedication, was promoted to Assistant Customer Service Manager in 2025. Her role allows her to take on new challenges, develop fresh skills, and refine the ones she already excels at. From planning client events to interacting with a wide range of people, she finds every day rewarding and engaging. Neve’s journey is a reflection of her commitment to growth and the opportunities Orega provides for its people to thrive.

Charis joined Orega in 2019 beginning her career journey as Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Assistant Customer Service Manager in 2021. Stepping in as Acting Customer Service Manager in 2023, her outstanding performance led to her Bristol centre winning at our annual Orega awards. Tania joined Orega in 2022 as a Customer Service Representative, and quickly progressed, being promoted to Assistant Customer Service Manager in early 2024 and later that same year to Customer Service Manager. Having worked across multiple London locations, Tania’s journey is a testament to her hard work and passion for delivering excellent service.
