Charis Date began her career journey at Orega as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Assistant Customer Service Manager in 2021. Stepping in as Acting Customer Service Manager in 2023, her outstanding performance led to her Bristol centre winning at our annual Orega awards. Polly has been with Orega since 2011 and started as the Business Centre Manager for our inaugural Bristol serviced offices. Recognised for her exceptional work, she was promoted to Head of Operations in 2015 to oversee Orega centres in the South West and outer London. In 2022, Polly was promoted again to Implementation and Quality Director, overseeing the entire implementation process, coordinating across departments, and developing strategies to optimise our growth plans.

Joe joined Orega in 2020 as the Customer Service Manager for our Old Bailey offices. With a background in flexible offices, real estate, and customer service, Joe seamlessly transitioned to lead our Gracechurch Street offices in 2022 to cover maternity leave. His commitment grew as we expanded and doubled the size of our office spaces at Gracechurch Street, making Joe an integral part of our continued success.

Lucy Earnshaw joined Orega in 2014. Lucy started as Assistant Business Centre Manager at our serviced offices on King Street, Manchester. Lucy's work and commitment resulted in several promotions. In 2015, she became Customer Service Manager, and in 2022, Regional Support Manager. In less than a year, Lucy became Area Manager, contributing to existing Orega offices and the successful launch of new buildings. Abbie joined Orega in 2021 as Customer Service Representative. Abbie exceled in supporting our customers at our City of London offices, where she consistently received excellent feedback. In 2023, she joined our head office as Meeting Room Administrator. Now, Abbie plays a key role in ensuring seamless experiences for all our meeting room customers. Roy is a seasoned professional, who joined Orega in 2020 as Assistant Customer Services Manager at Gracechurch Street. Meet Reza Mashedy, a seasoned professional who joined Orega in 2019 from Virgin Active. Starting his Orega career journey as Operations Manager, Reza oversaw compliance, operations, and technology across the UK. Recognising his impact, he earned a well-deserved promotion to Quality, Compliance and Safety Manager in 2023. In this key role, Reza upholds and elevates Orega's high standards. Meet Molly, a great example of the career progression opportunities at Orega. Molly joined in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative, where her customer service stood out. Recognising Molly's potential, Orega promoted her to Marketing Executive & PA in 2022, and to Marketing Executive in 2023.
