Help us attract, hire and onboard brilliant people across Orega

Orega is looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent & HR Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

This is a hands-on recruitment and onboarding role where you will manage end-to-end hiring across the business, partner closely with hiring managers, and help deliver an excellent candidate and new starter experience. You will be joining a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same and where your work will have a direct impact on our teams, our culture and our future growth.

The role

As Talent & HR Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth, professional and effective recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create clear job adverts, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions and ensure successful candidates receive a first-class experience from first contact through to joining Orega.

You will also support workforce planning, recruitment reporting, compliance, internal mobility and wider People initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from initial vacancy briefing to offer stage.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, produce engaging adverts and agree effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide hiring recommendations and manage offers in line with internal processes.
  • Build talent pipelines and support proactive sourcing for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support workforce planning by helping leaders anticipate hiring requirements and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Coordinate onboarding activity, including pre-employment checks, right-to-work compliance, new starter administration, induction planning and system access.
  • Support new starters through probation, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance.
  • Use recruitment systems, job boards and reporting tools effectively to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to employer branding activity and help promote Orega as a great place to work.
  • Support wider People projects, company events and ad hoc operational HR activity when required.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident managing recruitment in a busy, fast-moving environment and who genuinely cares about delivering a great experience for candidates, hiring managers and new starters.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with managers at different levels.
  • Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, job boards and Microsoft Office.
  • A good understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate management and compliance.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • A warm, approachable style and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.

Why join Orega?

At Orega, people are central to our success. As Talent & HR Executive, you will play a key role in helping us find, welcome and support the people who make our business thrive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment delivery, stakeholder partnership and candidate experience, while also wanting exposure to wider HR projects and People initiatives.

You will be part of a supportive HR team, working in a growing business where your ideas, organisation and energy will make a visible difference.

The opportunity

This role would suit an experienced recruiter, talent acquisition coordinator, recruitment executive or HR professional with strong recruitment experience who is ready to take ownership of hiring activity in a varied internal role.

If you are organised, commercially aware, people-focused and passionate about creating a brilliant recruitment and onboarding experience, we would love to hear from you.
