Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Orega is one of the UK's leading flexible workspace operators. Established in 2001, we run 25 centres across the UK in partnership with landlords and corporate occupiers, and we are the UK's leading provider of flexible workspace under management agreements. Following a management buyout backed by Apiary Capital, we are now planning to grow to 50 sites by 2031, and our Sales team is central to making that happen.

We're looking for a highly organised Sales Operations Assistant to join our commercial team, supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and the wider Sales team on reporting, CRM management, broker relationships and the day-to-day operations that keep our sales engine running.

This is a varied, hands-on role with genuine visibility. You'll own our monthly sales reporting, become the go-to expert on our CRM, manage our relationships and content with brokers and agents, and help shape the processes that allow our sales managers to spend more time closing deals. It's a great opportunity to learn how a growing, private equity backed business wins and retains clients.

Why this role is exciting

Brokers and agents are a vital route to market for Orega, and this role sits right at the heart of those relationships. You'll keep the market informed about our availability and offers, see how competitors are pricing, and turn sales data into reporting that the leadership team relies on. With the business entering a period of accelerated growth, the scope of the role, and your own development, will grow with it.

What you'll be doing

Sales reporting and CRM

  • Take full ownership of all monthly sales reporting.
  • Assist with monthly broker pipeline reports when required.
  • Manage our CRM system, ensuring data is clean, accurate and reliable.
  • Act as the internal champion for the CRM, being the go-to expert for colleagues across the business.

Broker and agent relationships

  • Produce and distribute the weekly availability schedule to brokers, agents and sales managers.
  • Manage all content on broker and agent platforms, keeping it accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate and highlight relevant promotions to brokers, agents and the sales team.
  • Manage all broker invoicing, working with the Finance team to ensure invoices are processed and paid correctly.
  • Attend networking events with brokers and agents to strengthen business relationships. Some of these may take place outside normal business hours.

Market and performance insight

  • Conduct monthly competitor pricing spot checks.
  • Take part in mystery shopping exercises and feed back findings to the team.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings, some of which may take place outside normal business hours.

Sales and operational support

  • Build a thorough knowledge of our sales systems and procedures.
  • Support the Meeting Room and centre teams with lead management where needed, including answering the phone.
  • Manage and support projects and initiatives that increase revenue across all our products.
  • Organise and plan events, and support marketing activity where needed.
  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer with administration and projects, including wider sales initiatives, reporting and central operations projects.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a sales support, sales operations, administration or similar commercial role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple third-party relationships, ideally with brokers, agents, suppliers or partners.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and a good understanding of relevant industry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping data accurate.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and friendly manner on the phone and in person.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional meetings and events outside normal business hours.
  • Experience in the flexible office or commercial real estate sectors is preferred but not essential.

About you

You'll be someone who loves bringing order to a busy environment. You're precise with data and processes, but you're equally comfortable picking up the phone to a broker, walking into a networking event or helping a colleague get the most out of the CRM. You take ownership, you meet your deadlines and you take pride in making the people around you more effective.

You'll be especially well suited to this role if you are:

  • Ambitious – you take ownership of your work, look for ways to improve our processes and want to grow with the business.
  • Genuine – you communicate clearly and honestly, and you build trusted relationships with colleagues, brokers and agents.
  • Agile – you move comfortably between recurring reporting, broker support and project work as priorities shift.
  • Dependable – your data is accurate, your deadlines are met and the sales team can rely on you.
