TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The person/company you refer must never have been a member at any Orega space previously and must not the have the same billing contact as another member.
  2. Referrer will receive the fee 60 days after the start of their referrals contract.
  3. If the referral cancels their membership you will no longer receive the 5% reward.
  4. Members of the public or staff of a company presently renting space in Orega are eligible to refer leads.
  5. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already known to Orega via any other channel.
  6. There is only one reward for each Referred client, the referrer will not receive any further fees post the initial introduction.
  7. Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own franchisee or a new location of a group that is already an existing customer.
  8. There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer.
  9. The reward may be subject to tax. The referrer will be responsible for any tax it is liable to pay.
  10. Referrals will only be valid for 6 months from the introduction.
