This is a result of us securing a further 30,000 sq. ft. of grade A stock in the heart of Manchester business district, in the historic Arkwright House, Parsonage Green, one of the few green spaces in the city.

Manchester's serviced office market continues to grow and is expected to thrive amid the post-COVID recovery. Our third Manchester location joins King Street and Piccadilly, and its launch marks Orega's third new opening during the pandemic.
Our Arkwright House centre will be opening in June. Situated on the fourth and fifth floors, it will provide more than 500 workstations, offering agile solutions in private suites, touch down spaces and state-of-the-art meeting facilities delivered by a customer-focused team.
