The Thames Valley so far...

The Thames Valley has become an attractive business location due to its accessibility to Heathrow Airport, close proximity to London and increasingly growing amenities.

We opened our first centre in the Thames Valley in Uxbridge, located right next to Uxbridge Underground station and just a 6-minute walk from the popular shopping centre, intu Uxbridge. Not only is Orega Uxbridge in the perfect location, but it also incorporates stand-out features such as luxury changing rooms, bicycle racks and includes our coworking package, ideal for freelancers or the mobile worker.

The next centre we launched in the Thames Valley was Orega Slough, which is just a 10-minute walk from Slough station and surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants and bars. The centre has plenty of parking, a large breakout space and was also the former home of global online retail giant, Amazon.

This Summer, we launched our third Thames Valley centre in Stockley Park. The centre holds sustainability at its core, with eco-friendly features including car charging stations and roof-mounted solar panels. With an interior focus of bringing the outside in, you'll find yourself surrounded by green and light courtesy of the amazing floor to ceiling windows. The business lounge is fitted with versatile seating complete with phone booths and private work pods - the optimum set up for effective working. It's also conveniently a 6-minute drive from Heathrow airport.

Previously, Ben was Group head of Property at Clarendon Business Centres, with a strong track record at Avison Young and Strutt & Parker before that. He has extensive experience in the UK flexible workspace and wider Real Estate sector.
