What you’ll be doing

As Marketing Executive, you’ll support a wide range of activity across the team, including:

• Assisting with brand and content initiatives across the business
• Coordinating internal content, including brand-led projects and scheduled communications
• Maintaining photography libraries and supporting professional photoshoots across centres
• Updating website content, imagery and centre information to keep everything accurate and on-brand
• Managing marketing content on third-party partner platforms, including property portals and broker platforms
• Supporting social media activity through research, planning, scheduling and basic content creation
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns, contact segmentation and database upkeep
• Supporting internal communications and client newsletter production
• Helping to organise industry events, broker events, centre launches and promotional activity
• Assisting with charity initiatives, event logistics and on-site coordination where needed
• Managing requests for marketing collateral and coordinating print with external suppliers
• Supporting supplier setup, purchase orders and budget administration
• Monitoring competitor activity and industry opportunities, then sharing insights with the team

We’re looking for someone who is…

• Organised, dependable and great at managing multiple tasks at once
• A clear and confident communicator, especially in writing
• Detail-focused and proud of producing accurate, high-quality work
• Proactive, positive and happy to get stuck in
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Keen to learn, develop and grow with the business

What you’ll bring

• Previous marketing experience through an internship, placement year or junior marketing role
• A genuine interest in marketing and building a career in the field
• A basic understanding of digital marketing, social media and content management
• Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office, and ideally familiarity with platforms like Asana and basic image management tools
• An interest in property, commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus
• The ability and willingness to work from Orega Head Office four days per week
