Orega, the flexible workspace provider, has completed a new agreement with Brookfield Properties to create a high spec flexible workspace at Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2, the landmark tower on the Northern edge of the City in the heart of London’s financial district.
The new centre is expected to open in April 2026.
23,252 sq ft of flexible workspace will be newly created on the Level 5 podium of the building, marking Orega’s eighth London location and reflecting occupier appetite for high quality, design- focused flexible office space. The new workspace is designed to be a modern, flexible base for the area’s professional and financial businesses, offering a wide choice of high quality and tech-enabled working environments and amenities.
Located in the heart of London’s Square Mile, Citypoint offers 630,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across 36 floors, with panoramic views and direct access to Moorgate station. The agreement with Orega brings the building to 100% let. The entrance opens onto the vibrant Citypoint Plaza which hosts Brookfield Properties Activated public arts and culture programme. The neighbourhood of Moorgate is currently thriving, revitalized through proximity to the Elizabeth Line which offers quick access to key London destinations.
The building itself is rich in amenities with several popular restaurants including Notes, Hola Guacamole, The Refinery and Costa. There is a Health and Wellbeing centre and pool at Nuffield Health together with significant “end of trip” facilities for bicycle racks and showers. The building has a BREEAM excellent rating and provides natural light, 360-degree views.
