Orega PA Show 2026 Prize Draw Entrant Offer

Free 2-Hour Meeting Room Booking – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter is Orega [Management] Limited (“Orega”, “we”, “us”).
1.2. Registered office: OREGA Management LTD, 70 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR.

2. What this is

2.1. This is a promotional offer available to organisations whose representatives entered Orega’s prize draw at the PA Show 2026 (the “Event”).
2.2. The offer provides one (1) free two-hour meeting room booking (the “Offer”) to eligible entrant organisations, redeemable using the code OREGAPASHOW2026.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Offer is available to UK-based organisations that:

• • had an individual enter the PA Show 2026 prize draw at Orega’s stand; and
  • appear on Orega’s list of entrant organisations (as determined by Orega).

3.2. Individuals do not receive separate entitlements. If multiple people from the same organisation entered the prize draw, the organisation is still entitled to one free booking only.
3.3. Orega may require reasonable evidence to verify eligibility (for example, booking details that match the entrant organisation and/or use of a work email address).
3.4. Orega employees and contractors (and their immediate families) are not eligible to redeem the Offer.

4. One per company

4.1. The Offer is limited to one redemption per company/organisation. For these purposes, a “company/organisation” means the legal entity (or other undertaking) that made the entry/entries.
4.2. If an organisation has multiple subsidiaries or group companies, each legal entity is eligible only if it entered separately and is separately listed as an entrant organisation by Orega.

5. How to redeem

5.1. To redeem, the eligible organisation must book a meeting room at an Orega location in the UK and quote/enter the code OREGAPASHOW2026 at the time of booking.
5.2. Redemption is subject to Orega verifying that the organisation is on the entrant list. If Orega cannot verify eligibility, the booking will not qualify for the Offer.
5.3. The code must be used once in a single booking for a continuous two-hour period. It cannot be split across multiple bookings.

6. What’s included (and what isn’t)

6.1. The Offer provides meeting room hire only for up to two (2) consecutive hours in one booking at a participating Orega UK location.
6.2. The Offer does not include (unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing): catering, refreshments, printing, additional equipment, parking, out-of-hours access, security, or any other add-ons—these (if available) may be chargeable.
6.3. Any extension beyond two hours will be chargeable at Orega’s then-current rates.

7. Availability and booking conditions

7.1. All bookings are subject to availability and Orega’s normal booking procedures, house rules, and any site-specific requirements.
7.2. The Offer cannot be used to block-book, hold, or reserve rooms without confirmed booking details.
7.3. Orega may refuse or cancel a booking (or refuse redemption) where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions or site rules.

8. Validity period / expiry

8.1. The Offer must be booked and taken by 01/05/2026 (the “Expiry Date”).
8.2. If a booking is made for after the Expiry Date, or is moved to a date after the Expiry Date, the Offer will not apply.

9. Cancellation / no-show

9.1. Orega’s standard cancellation and no-show policy (as notified at the time of booking) applies.
9.2. If a booking is cancelled in accordance with that policy, Orega may (at its discretion) allow the Offer to be re-booked before the Expiry Date.

10. Non-transferable / no cash alternative

10.1. The Offer is non-transferable, may not be sold, resold or auctioned, and has no cash alternative.
10.2. The code must not be shared publicly (for example on social media, discount-code websites, or forums). If it is, Orega may withdraw or invalidate the Offer.

11. Combination with other offers

11.1. Unless we state otherwise, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or negotiated rate.

12. Liability

12.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.2. Subject to clause 12.1, Orega will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any failure to provide the Offer due to events outside Orega’s reasonable control.

13. Data protection

13.1. Orega will use entrant details to: administer the prize draw, verify eligibility for this Offer, and manage bookings/redemption.
13.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Orega’s Privacy Notice (available on Orega’s website).
13.3. If you have opted in to marketing, Orega may also use your details for marketing in line with your preferences; you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails.

14. General

14.1. Orega may amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer where necessary to comply with law or to address misuse, but will act reasonably and in a way that avoids unfairly disadvantaging eligible organisations.
14.2. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in force.

15. Governing law

15.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
