The role is to manage incoming sales enquires, effectively communicate Orega’s features and benefits to prospective clients, arrange clients to tour our office space, sell virtual offices, and develop business opportunities across the portfolio.

You play an important role in providing the first impression for Orega and are the first point of contact for potential clients. High levels of customer service and delivering customer satisfaction are key.

Key Responsibility

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage sales enquiries and log all activities on our database
  • Provide consultative approach, qualify requirements and promote Orega products
  • Arrange viewing appointments, send out viewing confirmations and communicate accordingly
  • Continuous database management
  • Scheduling appointments for sales managers
  • Respond to and manage enquiries via Live Chat within company protocols
  • Daily and weekly reporting of relevant information internally and externally
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with brokers and commercial agents


  • Advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Confident team player

  • An organised and structured way of working
