Orega, opened its high-quality flexible workspace in Broad Gate in the Summer of 2024, after signing a 10-year management agreement with the owners of the building. It offers 26,000 sq ft of refurbished workspace with around 400 workstations and manages the amenity space on the second floor.
Alan Pepper CEO of Orega said, “We are excited about hosting discussions at UK REIIF on what is becoming a hot topic in the office markets. There is no doubt that flex space has come of age and is here to stay. It now represents 10% of take-up of the office sector. Our independent business survey found that 52% of businesses not yet in flex space are considering it for the future.
This debate will discuss what property owners who are thinking about moving into flex space need to be aware of, the choices out there and how to make it work. We look forward to adding our thoughts and experience to the debate.”
