Orega’s flexible workspace at Ingenuity House next to Birmingham airport has reached 92% occupancy after signing an aerospace manufacturing firm to two suites at the scheme.

Zenix Aerospace has agreed to take around 1,000 square feet, or 30 desks, at the Aberdeen-owned building which Orega manages in a partnership agreement. The flex space provider first opened at the address in early 2024 following extensive refurbishment to provide around 550 workstations on the ground and first floors of the building.

Zeniz Areospace, acquired by Sullivan Street Partners in July 2025 for £200 million, joins AXS, Flooid, Allianz, Vistry and Davies Group at the 30,500-square-foot Orega hub.
Ingenuity House, which measures circa 115,000 square feet in total, is also close to the NEC events space, Resorts World and the Birmingham Interchange at HS2.
Last year the UK's largest housebuilder Vistry agreed to take 12,486 square feet on the third floor of the building across a 10-year lease.

Orega CEO Alan Pepper said: "Ingenuity House is a high-quality asset with strong ESG credentials and is highly attractive to business who want Grade A, well located office space.
"We are delighted with the interest in our flexible office space in the building - 92% occupied, six months ahead of plan."

He added: "It has become the “go to” solution for corporate and multinational occupiers looking for regional hubs or head office functions in the area."

The flexible officer provider has a nearby site in the centre of Birmingham, where it operates around 30,000 square feet at The Colmore Building.
