The Sales Manager has overall responsibility for selling Orega products/services by maintaining and expanding the customer base for their business centre.

Key Responsibility

Your key responsibilities will include:

New Business Development

  • Understand at the earliest opportunity when, where and how much new business is required.
  • Implement the regional sales strategy and plans set within agreed timescales to achieve a license, occupancy, renewals, Virtual Office and Meeting Room services income for your centre.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for your centre.
  • Increase sales, reaching the targets set for your centre, expanding your customer base and compiling and analysing sales figures.
  • Identify and close new business and expand the customer base, building and maintaining rapport with current key customers in partnership with the centre manager.
  • Meets sales financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Marketing and have a live network of 3rd party introducers lined up to supply leads.
  • Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

 

Operational

  • Implement promotions and support all Marketing activities.
  • Partner with Marketing and help them to recommend new product opportunities and/or product/service enhancements to the Board.
  • Assist in tours/renewals where necessary and promote the services offered by Orega in your Centre.
  • Ensure the database is accurately updated and maintained and deliver accurate reporting on all sales activities as requested by senior management.
  • Determine sales system improvements and suggest improvements to senior management.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant company rules, agreements, policies and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience of consistently meeting sales goals
  • Proven experience in a professional services organisation building internal and external relationships
  • Experience in sales planning
  • Proven negotiation skills with an eye on delivering profits, revenue and margin
  • Experience of budgeting P+L delivering yield and forecasting accurately is essential
  • Positive and motivational customer relationship style
  • Demonstrable expertise in closing deals and keeping clients
  • Commercial decision making/communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent influencing skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to successfully engage with and influence senior management (internally/externally)
