The Sales Graduate role is a newly introduced role to Orega. It will encompass the overall responsibility for supporting the sales of Orega’s services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

New Business Development

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Building key business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the RSM to implement the regional sales strategy and plans set within agreed timescales to achieve a license, occupancy, renewals, VO and MR services income for each Centre under your control.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for Centres in your region.
  • Increase sales, reaching the targets set for your region, expanding your customer base and compiling and analysing sales figures.
  • Identify and close new business and expand the customer base, building and maintaining rapport with current key customers in partnership with the CSMs.
  • Meets regional sales financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Work closely with CSO/Marketing and have a live network of 3rd party introducers lined up to supply leads.

 


Operational

  • Help to implement regional promotions and support all Marketing/CSO activities.
  • Partner with Marketing/CSO and help them to recommend new product opportunities and/or product/service enhancements to the Board.
  • Assist in tours/renewals where necessary and promote the services offered by Orega in your Centres.
  • Ensure the CRM database is accurately updated and maintained and deliver accurate reporting on all regional sales activities as requested by senior management.
  • Ensure the data of our clients and stakeholder is adhered to at all times in line with our GDPR protecting data policy.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant company rules, agreements, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct yourself, at all times, in a professional and responsible manner, promoting a good and proper image of the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Educated to degree level, preferably in a Business Management or Marketing discipline
    • Positive and motivational management and customer relationship style
    • Commercial decision making/communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent influencing skills and negotiation skills
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to successfully engage with and influence senior management (internally/externally)
