This role will involve conducting research to give us further insight and identify opportunities within our market and provide an accurate understanding of our customers. You will deliver relevant, clear and actionable insights, building our understanding of changing consumer and customer needs and behaviour.

This role will also involve interpreting our CRM Data to drive customer loyalty and growth across all territories through an understanding of their behaviours and needs.

Working within the Marketing Team you will assist in developing a strategy for engaging, converting and retaining customers using innovative email, push, CRM, DM, Social Media and mobile techniques.

Key Responsibility

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team to establish a communication strategy for each UK region and Brussels.
  • Promote company across various industry and target client events/conferences.
  • Develop media-relationships with key target trade press.
  • Generate, monitor and maintain a regular flow of content on OREGA social media channels
  • Build robust relationships with key third-parties (i.e. media agencies).
  • Monitor and follow the competitor’s own coverage.
  • Organise key events to showcase company products across each region.
  • Generate content and maintain publishing of monthly client updates
  • Regularly review marketing material copy, online and offline to ensure consistency of style and content
  • Generate business case studies for whitepapers and/or awards potential
  • Keep up to date with research techniques and new ways of thinking in the sector

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • An understanding of basic HTML
  • Report writing
  • Information analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in producing PowerPoint presentations to board level
  • Online marketing background
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of PR and social media marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate across all levels of the business
  • Must have experience in the Serviced Office Industry and understanding of Virtual Offices & Meeting room Services
