This role will involve conducting research to give us further insight and identify opportunities within our market and provide an accurate understanding of our customers. You will deliver relevant, clear and actionable insights, building our understanding of changing consumer and customer needs and behaviour.
This role will also involve interpreting our CRM Data to drive customer loyalty and growth across all territories through an understanding of their behaviours and needs.
Working within the Marketing Team you will assist in developing a strategy for engaging, converting and retaining customers using innovative email, push, CRM, DM, Social Media and mobile techniques.
