Each of our business centres have a selection of rooms varying in size, often with moving walls to create a larger area and you have the support of our highly trained customer service teams.

OREGA have a range of unbranded quiet meeting rooms which will certainly give your visitors a fantastic impression of your business. Aside from the colourful, relaxed business lounges, we also offer a selection of meeting rooms that will suit any requirement from small interview-style meetings for two up to larger team meetings of 30+ people. Our rooms are equipped with white boards, LCD projectors, internet access points, conference phone, flipcharts and stationery.
Refreshing Service
Our teams are dedicated to setting up your room to your exact detail, and will assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying hand-outs, binding information packs and handling delegate registration. OREGA carefully select and sample local caterers in order to supply delicious working lunches, which can be brought to your room, so you can be more productive without interruption.
We will layout our meeting rooms to suit the size and type of meeting you are hosting. Common meeting room styles we prepare are: layouts for one to one appraisals, for presentations, for board meetings, for training or even to host an important launch or networking event with your clients.
OREGA believes in keeping things simple. Meeting rooms can be hired on an hourly, half day, or daily rate or you can opt for a delegate rate to include refreshments and a working buffet lunch of your choice.
OREGA is an affiliate of the Alliance Business Centres Network (ABCN) which is the largest organization of independent business centres in the world with more than 650 Member locations in Europe, Australia, Asia, Middle East and North and South America. OREGA office clients can gain free access to this unique membership which includes eight hours free meeting room time every month! Simply call your centre manager who can book it for you.
Each customer service team has carefully selected the tastiest caterers in the area (through rigorous taste tests of course) to offer you a wide range of great value refreshments from breakfast pastries to full buffets.
Every business centre is plugged into our high-speed broadband to provide your meeting with reliable internet connections. Each meeting room is also equipped with a conference phone which can handle a call with up to six people or a Spider phone for hands-free conferencing.
OREGA can supply you with LCD projectors and any other presentation equipment you may need to keep your meeting running smoothly. Speak to centre team in advance to ensure your equipment is readily available.
OREGA meeting room clients will have the same access to our customer service teams as those who work on-site. The team will be happy to help wherever they can with photocopying, binding, booking your flights and hotels.
OREGA receptionists will greet your clients, directing them as per your instructions, either to your meeting room or into our business lounge. We also offer the option to issue name badges if you desire.
As a busy business centre provider, each OREGA reception keeps details of recommended taxi and executive car companies who are used to being called at short notice if required. We can also organise airport transfers for overseas visitors.
