OREGA has developed the operational systems, market knowledge and relationship management
processes, to sell the office packages and optimise the potential revenue streams through the
management and delivery of all of the 'Service' elements of the office equation.
In order to provide a clean management interface, an arrangement is made between our property
partners and OREGA, in the form of a Management Agreement, to appoint OREGA to undertake the
complete operational management of your property as an Office Business Centre.
