It's hard today not to be aware of how our behaviour and actions impact on the environment around us. As responsible managers of serviced office centres we fully understand the importance of careful management of our premises and the waste generated by our clients in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.

As part of OREGA’s current development projects we are in the process of working towards the important environmental management standard ISO 140001.

 

  • Our employees are all dedicated to the same environmental cause of lowering our carbon footprint.
  • We always seek to minimise the visual, noise and any disturbance to our immediate neighbours and the local environment.
  • We work with our waste disposal partners to ensure we maximise recyclable waste from our centres.
  • We manage our building plants to ensure we optimise performance and reduce energy usage.
