The main board of OREGA consists of its two owners, Paul Finch and Zach Douglas, together with
Callum MacLure who joined the management team in late 2008 as the company Finance Director.

Together with the OREGA Executive Team, they take responsibility for separate aspects of the day-to-day
operation, business and reporting, and combine regularly as major stakeholders to determine the
direction and strategy for the company.
