In April, serviced office provider Orega added another 46,000 sqft to their national Business Centre network with the acquisition of an additional floor in both Hammersmith and Moorgate/City, together with a brand new centre in King Street, Manchester.
The two London centres will be available for occupancy from July 2013 with Manchester's King Street opening in late summer.
Joint business owner Zach Douglas commented "Sales of offices in Hammersmith and Moorgate, which both opened in 2012, has exceeded all expectations and we’re delighted now to be able to satisfy the demand by taking an additional 16,500sqft in 3 Shortlands and a further 8,000 sqft in 101 Finsbury Pavement.
Orega King Street in Manchester is a majestic red brick building complete with a fabulous roof terrace with a key presence in Manchester’s prime commercial core. It totals an impressive 21,500 sqft over 3 floors. This prestigious location promises to complement our existing offices in Piccadilly Place and will give our customers the choice of two quite different city centre Business Centres."
