National Sales Office: Alison Brady & Mandy Holton
Flexible office provider Orega has established a new national sales office to support the rapid growth of its business.
Mandy Holton and Alison Brady have joined Orega as national sales office co-ordinator and national sales office representative respectively. They will provide a single point of contact for all broker leads and sales enquiries, and will deal with every aspect of the sales process including booking viewings.
Mandy and Alison both join from a virtual office provider. Mandy’s background includes a year at a rival serviced office company giving her a total of three years’ experience in this sector.
The national sales office is a completely new service for Orega as sales leads and enquiries were previously handled by the individual business centre managers. But with nine business centres now operating around the UK – and more to come – Orega needed a more strategic, focused and streamlined sales operation to handle the higher level of enquiries.
Paul Finch, joint managing director of Orega, says: “As we continue to grow the business, we are constantly seeking to make improvements to ensure that we are as efficient and user friendly as possible. Mandy and Alison will provide a pivotal national sales function that we can build upon as we develop the business further.”
The new sales office closely follows the appointment of Rupert Spice to the new position of commercial development manager at Orega. He provides a single point of contact for all the firm’s lead-generating dealings with commercial property agents across the UK.
