Flexible office provider Orega has enjoyed a whirlwind of activity at its Three Piccadilly Place business centre in Manchester, leading to the conclusion of three new deals and paving the way for a second phase.
Flexible office provider Orega has welcomed seven new clients to its stunning business centre at Three Piccadilly Place in Manchester. These include businesses attracted to the city on the back of the Hello Northwest initiative launched by the North West Development Agency and MIDAS in 2010.
South-east based serviced office company Orega have agreed to lease 17,000 sq ft at Manchester’s Three Piccadilly Place office development. The scheme is owned by commercial property company Argent. Orega will manage serviced offices on floor 11 of the building, based over 12,600 square feet. As well as this, there will be meeting facilities on the ground floor.
