In one of its most prestigious new business centre openings to date, flexible office provider Orega has agreed a deal at 101 Finsbury Pavement, EC2, that will provide clients with a hidden oasis in the middle of the city of London.

The two-storey business centre, which will open in August, offers direct access to the building’s charming third-floor roof terrace where clients can entertain guests, host break-out sessions and eat lunch surrounded by the glass towers of nearby offices.

Orega has signed a 10-year management agreement for floors three and four of the nine-storey office block. The business centre will total 17,400 sq ft of refurbished, air-conditioned serviced offices with state-of-the-art IT and telecoms, access to the large, landscaped roof terrace and 24-hour access and security. Its interior will showcase light boxes on the wall displaying images of nature to marry the offices with the adjoining terrace.

101 Finsbury Pavement’s excellent location close to Moorgate underground station and Liverpool Street Station made it a natural choice to complement Orega’s growing portfolio of distinctive London business centres. Its Hammersmith business centre opened in March this year with 60% sold off-plan, while its High Holborn centre, now 18-months old, has enjoyed near full occupancy.

Finsbury Pavement, Orega’s 11th business centre, lies opposite Finsbury Circus, featuring 1.2 acres of Grade II listed gardens, and close to Broadgate.
