Our History

OREGA was founded in 2000 by Paul Finch and Zachary Douglas who brought their experience of serviced offices, workplace performance, interior fit-out and the corporate office market together to create a scalable and distinguishable Business Centre Operating company.

OREGA's first business centre, Ash House in Staines, opened in April 2001 earning OREGA the coveted BCA Business Centre of the Year award. The Staines Business Centre placed OREGA on the main stage as a UK Business Centre Operator with a 32,000 Sqft. serviced office building known for its high service levels and stylish business centre, which has constantly maintained excellent levels of occupancy since opening.

Since 2001, we have opened 10 business centres stretching from Gatwick to Manchester and London to Bristol, creating a national network with more sites planned in the near future.
